We want you to be fully satisfied with your Savile Row Company purchase, which is why we offer a 90-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all unworn items. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the return form provided in your delivery is included inside the parcel.
Label and Post
Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 working days.
